MOUNT AIRY

Mr. Joseph Allen Harris, age 73, of 340 Marion Street, Mount Airy, went home to Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Northern Hospital of Surry County. He was born August 24, 1935 in Bradley County, TN to the late Hubert Samuel & Bertha Carter Harris. Mr. Harris was a retired Detroit police officer and a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Mount Airy.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Assembly of God Church of Mount Airy at 1536 W. Devon Drive, Mount Airy, NC 27030.
